Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Source Research Supply LLC. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping & Returns Policy and the Research Use Only Policy.

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your location, have authority to enter into this agreement and be legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Research use only

Products are sold exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical and scientific research. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, medical use, diagnostic use or therapeutic application.

By ordering, you represent that you understand the nature of the materials, are appropriately qualified or authorized to handle them and will comply with applicable laws, institutional requirements and laboratory safety procedures.

Accounts and website access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login details confidential and promptly notifying Source of suspected unauthorized access. Activity completed through your account may be treated as authorized by you unless you have reported a security issue.

Source may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

Products and information

Source aims to describe products accurately, but website images, packaging and presentation may vary. Availability, specifications and supporting documentation may be updated without notice. Orders, pricing and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not require Source to accept the order. Source may decline or cancel an order because of availability, payment, verification, pricing or listing errors, suspected misuse, destination restrictions or legal requirements.

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges and other applicable costs will be displayed before the order is submitted where the information is available. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, Source will cancel the affected item or order and arrange the appropriate refund for any amount already collected.

Shipping, cancellations and claims

Shipping options, address responsibilities, cancellation limits, final-sale terms and the procedure for reporting damaged, incorrect, defective or lost orders are set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless Source expressly confirms otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that delivery is lawful and that somebody authorized can receive and store the package appropriately.

Certificates and supporting records

Where available, batch records and Certificates of Analysis are provided to identify testing associated with a particular product or batch. A certificate does not remove the purchaser’s responsibility to assess suitability, verify identity and follow appropriate laboratory controls.

Third-party information is presented as received or summarised in good faith. Source does not guarantee that external laboratories, carriers or other independent providers will be available without interruption.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person or use content to misrepresent Source or its products.

The website, brand assets, text, graphics, product presentation and underlying materials are owned by or licensed to Source and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Source does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every item of website content will remain complete, current or suitable for a particular research purpose.

Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, Source’s aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where a different limit is required by law.

General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Source’s consent; Source may transfer them as part of a business reorganization or sale.

Source may update these Terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
